
Finance Assistant – Credit Card
Job Purpose
To be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of credit card transactions, to support the provision of complete and precise financial reporting. To support the Senior Management Accountant and wider finance team with financial information that facilitates decision making.
Job Description
- Manage the monthly credit card process including the reconciliation and ensuring the company process has been followed
- Manage day to day credit card queries including managing the day to day third party relationship and review of credit limits
- Prepare and enter monthly journals and post to the finance system
- Review the credit card transactions and ensure the company processes have been completed, ensuring they are actioned in an accurate and timely manner
The role will be based in the Chester office and is part time working 22.5 hours per week. There can be some flexibility on the hours, however ideally these would be split across 5 days, Monday – Friday.
