
Client Services Executive
Job Purpose
To support our luxury sales team by processing holiday bookings, managing customer information, coordinating ancillary services and special requests, and ensuring a smooth post-sale journey through to departure.
Job Description:
- Support the sales team with booking management, client communications, and administrative tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers, hotels, and partners to secure confirmations, prices, and accurate booking details.
- Arrange ancillary services, concierge requests, and special customer requirements to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records, reconfirm arrangements, troubleshoot issues, and issue client documentation.
- Participate in supplier training and events to enhance knowledge of destinations and services.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, based at our Chester office. The role offers hybrid working, with a requirement to spend at least 60% of your time in the office, mandatory days being Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
