Job Purpose

Create and convert the sale of high-quality tailor-made itineraries and tours for current and future Regent clients, ensuring to meet clients’ needs whilst maintaining commercial focus and delivering agreed revenue and profit targets.

Job Description

• Manage relationships with clients to engender loyalty and repeat business for the ITC portfolio
• Provide packages that are “tailor-made” to suit the individual needs of our clients
• Qualify sales enquiries to establish client’s requirements are suitable for Regent’s product offering to maximise sales conversion rates
• Maintain commercial knowledge and understanding of all products and hotels/flights/infrastructure to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised
• Produce and audit supporting documentation, taking responsibility for ensuring client’s bookings are accurate and to a high standard

The role is full time and based in our Bristol office with the Regent Team. Initial maternity cover with the view to becoming a permanent role.
