
Travel Manager
Job Description
To manage a personal portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering bespoke luxury travel experiences through tailored service, expert advice, and meticulous organisation. Build lasting client relationships while ensuring exceptional standards of care at every stage of the travel journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong client rapport, understanding individual preferences through personalised communication.
- Arrange and manage all aspects of luxury holidays, including itineraries, bookings, amendments, and in-resort support.
- Use internal systems (CRM, GDS, reservations) effectively.
- Provide emergency out-of-hours support when required.
- Identify opportunities for new client introductions and strengthen supplier relationships.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, based at our Chester office. The role offers hybrid working, with a requirement to spend at least 60% of your time in the office.
