Trade Partnership Manager

How did you start in the travel industry?

I started my travel career as Cabin Crew Trainer for Jet2.com, spending ten years in the air, not only serving drinks and snacks but also training new cabin crew and even pilots on safety procedures. I then worked with sister company Jet2holidays searching for new travel agents’ business. After this, I was headhunted to help lead the Palladium Hotel Group agency plan for the north of the UK, looking after all the hotel brands for three years.

I joined the ITC trade team in 2020 looking after the north of the UK, before recently moving to focus on commercial contracts with agent partners, where my big accounts include Travel Counsellors, Designer Travel and Hays.

What do you like most about working with the trade team?

We’re a small team that feels like a family and deliver the best trade partnership in the luxury market. I love working with so many agents, plus our amazing sales teams across the brands.

What does ITC mean for our trade partners?

We build relationships with our trade partners through FAM trips, conferences, training, and regular meetings, and also have a dedicated Facebook page. Our multiple brands across ITC mean we have an industry leading portfolio and can offer our agents a powerful and varied product.

What’s your favourite destination?

I’m a Florida boy at heart. I grew up in Orlando and was lucky to host a FAM trip to Reunion Resort just before Christmas with some top agents. I love the fact that you can have fun-packed holidays or just chill next to a private pool in your villa. If you’re a foodie like me, make sure you take light fitting clothes as the food portions are extreme – large doughnuts and the biggest burgers in the world ensure you won’t go hungry! It’s also the perfect location for adrenalin junkies with some of the fastest rollercoasters in the world.
