Product Manager - Indian Ocean & Middle East

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for strategically growing and inspiring increase in booking volumes, revenue, and margin to the appointed destinations including villa expansion.  Curating, managing, and evolving a varied and fresh portfolio that drives retention and increase in spend of repeat clients and attracts new clients, across the luxury brands.   Working closely with sales and marketing to understand the different types of clients and desires and monitoring destination and product trends and developments to bring new inspiration to market is key.

Job Description

  • Leading and developing the commercial success of the programme, ensuring regional/destination targets are met, profit maximisation, pricing accuracy and reporting progress to stake holders in trading forums.
  • Leading and managing supplier relationships, responsible for carrying out robust contracting of products to secure strong commercial terms, rates, offers, availability, and service levels, to give the business a selling advantage.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships Manager, marketing, agency sales and business development teams to showcase product that will drive growth and margin. Identifying campaign opportunities to give the luxury brands differentiation, prominence, and advantage in the marketplace.
  • Identify sales trends/patterns through continued reporting, to assess the need for change in focus or product mix to drive destination performance improvement.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the Product and Travel Relationship Managers, Product Executives and Product Assistant to drive performance for your region including but not limited to performance plans, KPI’s, one to ones and holidays.

This role is full time and will be based in the Chester office.
