Operations Assistant - Regent
Job Purpose
You’ll be responsible for providing sales, operational, administrative, and service support to Sales Consultants and Clients & Agent Partners, playing an integral part in the overall performance and achievement of the Regent Holidays brand targets. You’ll need to be proactive, and solution focused, casting a critical eye over clients’ holiday itineraries ensuring all the finer details are exact.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer care with a desire to exceed clients’ expectations.
- Following a quality control procedure, you will produce and distribute confirmation and travel documentation including amendments and cancellations.
- Be a second point of contact for the client on bookings processed by you and answer any queries, questions, payments etc to ensure the Sales Consultant can manage incoming calls.
- Assist sales team with client communications following schedule changes and errata notifications.
