Client Services Executive

Job Purpose

You’ll be responsible for providing sales, operational, administrative and service support to Sales Consultants and Clients & Agent Partners, playing an integral part in the overall performance and achievement of the Inspiring Travel brand targets. You’ll need to be proactive and solution focused, casting a critical eye over clients’ holiday itineraries ensuring all the finer details are exact. As part of your role, you’ll be responsible for maximising earning potential on every booking and identifying ways to up-sell.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer care through genuine relationship management and your desire to exceed clients’ expectations
  • Produce and distribute Confirmation Invoices including amendments and cancellations
  • Be a second point of contact for the client on bookings processed by you and encourage clients to call directly for any queries, questions, payments etc to ensure the Sales Consultant can manage incoming calls
  • Liaise with clients when requested to make amendments to bookings, providing clients with a revised price if necessary and processing amendments once agreed with client
  • Manage and process changes towards the client’s holidays including schedule changes and errata notifications. Identifying and advising clients of the best options for them, updating the booking once the change has been agreed or amending/cancelling if necessary
