Client Services Executive - Administration

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing sales, operational, administrative and service support to Sales Consultants, Clients & Agent Partners, playing an integral part in the overall performance and achievement of the Inspiring Travel, Private Clients and Spectate brand targets. To be proactive and solution focused, casting a critical eye over clients’ holiday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer care through genuine relationship management and your desire to exceed clients’ expectations
  • Check all the booking components have been booked appropriately and that the client’s arrangements have been well considered
  • Fulfil all the necessary administrative function to obtain and gather the appropriate documents that are necessary for the clients to have all the information in-hand, or at their fingertips
  • Collate and send appropriate reports to supplier partners to ensure clients requirements are communicated effectively

This vacancy is full time, working 37.5 hours per week, working Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm and also taking part in a Saturday rota. A day off in lieu is given for Saturdays worked.

The role will be based in the Chester office with hybrid working available.
