Job Purpose

To optimise sales by assessing client needs through a consultative sales process. Delivering service excellence before, during, and after travel, so customer expectations are exceeded, and brand profile is enhanced with each client contact. Liaising with our destination partners to manage existing product and develop new itineraries and destinations to optimise the customer experience on our range of cultural tours and tailormade holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and Travel Agent partners providing outstanding customer service.
• Offer expertise, advice and knowledge to our Travel Agent partners and customers about destinations, airlines, ground arrangements, etc.
• Provide packages that are “tailor-made” to suit the individual needs of our clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, liaising to manage and develop product for your areas.
